No it doesn’t. It’s really very good!!

It is to be used instead of spray. It really does soften the hardest to comb hair. Just a little on damp hair is wonderful even in dry hair. However with drier hair it may leave residue.

It's like when you condition you hair and wash it out, but with the leave- in conditioner you don't wash it out you leave it in your hair to keep it soft.
