I cannot give 5 stars because the workbook arrived in used condition when it was supposed to be new; however, the seller responded to my email almost immediately with his sincerest apologies for the oversight and processed a full refund without hesitation. We also ordered book 2, which was fine, but the seller refunded the cost of this book as well for my troubles. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. Mistakes happen and you owned it and that's not something that happens much these days. If given the opportunity, I will order from this seller again!
