In contrast to experience in some others’ 1-star or 3-star reviews, I found this NWISE TP20 PRO jump starter is easy to use and readily started my 2.6L V6 minivan despite that vehicle not having any battery installed. I’d removed an old battery from the minivan and had a new one ready to install, but decided to test this jump starter first. Even with no assistance from the usual battery, the jump starter quickly turned over the engine. Didn’t use the boost button, and got a green light as soon as the clamps were on the cable terminals. This was first and only real use of the unit thus far.The jump starter came with 80% charge per the display. About one hour of charging using the provided USB-C cable (rated at 5V and 3A per documentation) brought the display up to 100%. After the single minivan start, display indicated 96%. Display is still 96% two days later with no further use.On/off switch is slide, which reduces chance of accidentally being turned on. Light won’t turn on with slide switch in off position. Neighboring button with power cycle symbol controls the light. Successive presses cycle the light through white-continuous, white slow morse code SOS, white fast flash, red fast flash, and off. There is no red continuous mode.Back of unit specifies 74 Wh capacity, which at 12 V corresponds to 6.2 Ah or at labeled 14.8 V corresponds to 5 Ah. Both of those are less than one third of the advertised 20 Ah = 20,000 mAh capacity. Useful capacity of batteries does vary with discharge rate and low-voltage limit definition, but >3x discrepancy in specified Ah and Wh capacity is confusing at best.Overall, with 20% off, thus far, this appears to be an excellent deal.

This jump box works great and is half the price of others. I’ve used it on my riding mower and my car with zero problems

Used it to jump start a dead group size 27f battery on my 4.7l v8 and it started up right away barely lost any percentage points. Used it on several road trips to charge my phone while the GPS was running and it kept up all day. Only weird thing is it only works with half of my USB C cables and at first i thought the unit was bad because it wouldn't charge then after about 15 minutes of transporting and looking up the issue i saw to try another cable and another and it worked on the 3rd one i tried. The rest were old so i guess it's a connection thing since i made it work with my main one i use to charge my phone and it worked for a second before stopping. Another plus is it comes with an awesome case that holds all the cables and manual. Awesome product!Tl;dr great unit it'll jump start a v8 happily and charge your phone on an all day road trip. Also comes with an awesome case!

Have tried to use 3 different times on different vehicles. Always had 100% in the battery pack and never once worked to jump a car or midsize suv. Followed directions & nothing. Piece of garbage. Had to find a stranger and use traditional jumper cables every time. Absolute junk.

I bought these on sale and wasn’t sure they would work, as it turns out they do a great job, now I keep one on the motorcycle, my car, wife’s car, daughter’s car. They are small and portable, easy to use just plug in the jumpers and attach to the battery.

This is a space saving life saver. Had a battery on the way out and used this multiple times until it got replaced. Quick and easy to use, good for multiple jumps with good battery life.
