These transparent overlay sheets are made of quality vinyl, waterproof and scratch proof, anti sunlight and quick drying, which can serve you for a long period.

Q: Can i cut these with cricut maker?

Cut them down so they cover your stickers but is small enough to fit inside the black registration marks.

Q: Can used in an injet printer or stamped with water base ink or permanent ink?

Idk. I have not printed anything on them. I only use it as an overlay for stickers.
