Didn't work with my lg tv.

I really thought I bought the correct remote, but since I was unable to get it to work I looked into it more and I realized I didn’t not buy the right remote for my tv. It looks like a nice remote though the buttons are nice.

We figured out how to work this about 6 months after we got it. That was when we discovered the voice activation is not supported by our TV's software.It can be used to operate the TV with the buttons but that is also true of the remote that came with the TV. We got this one for the voice command feature with we can't use.

This remote generally got the job done (turns on TV, channels, volume, menus, etc). It doesn't have the cursor as the LG OEM remote does. The remote also isn't as responsive as I needed to press the button harder to get it to function. I posted a phone of an LG OEM remote next to this item and it generally looks and functions the same. Make sure that you research what remote works with which TV. That's the most important part to get it to work.
