I have had it for a month now and I'm still learning how to get better tone. Easy to edit programs. Love the volume/wah pedal. At a special price of 147 and $10 off extra I couldn't go wrong. Boss has great effects and much more, if you explore. The next thing I want is the Boss FS 6 expansion pedal.

Compact but sturdy enough. Yes I gig with it. Easy enough to customize but the presets can be interesting too. Boss pedals rarely disappoint.

Getting this pedal was definitely the way to go, it has tons of different things you can experiment with! I personally love the lower tones so the “sweet and low” is my favorite along with the “super low”. You can also edit the settings and make it more personalized to your style. Great purchase! I’ve had it for almost a year and I’ve been using ever since every other week consistently and never had a problem with it.

This thing is a great all-in-one effects pedal for bass! I use it every Sunday at church and can switch from a chorus/phase voicing to distortion or fuzz or use the octaves effect to get a really deep tone when the song calls for it. Not very expensive and Boss makes great stuff, so it's perfect.

simple, uncomplicated multi-effects for bass. Minus one star for not having and on/off switch (inserting the instument cable turns the unit on, removing the cable turns it off. yeah, really,not enough facepalms for that) or including the power supply with the purchase. This thing eats batteries so you will need to buy the power supply. It sounds better for bass than my gt-100 does. Seems to be built fairly well and is small enough to transport very easily.

As with all multi effects units. Making changes on the fly has been a large drawback. Boss does a good job with this one. Keeping it simple. I wish they had used a regular USB connector. It's a printer USB connector for this unit to hook up with your computer. No DI jack. Tones are great. For the price, you cannot beat it for the various effects with this unit. Wish they offered a case with it.

My husband wanted something like this and I got this one because it was close to what he wanted. He was very happy with it and after he opened it and tried it out he was even more satisfied with the product because of the different things he could do with it.
