I looked at the information of the product and it said universal and its not, because its asking me to download an app that's in chinese. The instructions inside that box is not accurate and i cannot use it. Next thing i look at the product and this is what happens to it. I want a refund. Am highly disappointed in the product. It's not responding to none of the commands when texted and afterwards the thing just popped open oit's own and am seeing the battery swelling, what kind of faulty product is this. This is hazardous to me. It scares me.Disappointed and scared greatly.

First off, it uses the 2g network. Nobody has 2g anymore they are phasing it out. To check if it is still in your area, download "opensignal" app from playstore. etc its free and tells you what networks and how powerful they are around you. (I have nothing to do with them)handy little app. Anyway if it says 0%, you just bought a paper weight. Find one that will work on at least 4g. even if you have 2g, it will be gone by next year. I wont get into the horrible directions and the other things they conveniently forgot to mention. (like the fact you need a sd card) I returned mine.

Don't do it ! You gotta buy a phone card and that company charges you high prices! And it never worked and it doesn't have instructions!!

It's fast and good quality but the product is not accurate

The product corresponds to what is offered and the price is adequate.

The media could not be loaded. It has no power on or off button. You charge it and it automatically turns on when it dies it turns off. Instructions are hard to understand. I mean you can figure it out but until I buy a Sim card I won't know how it works. Came with go's device and a charging cord and Instructions. No Sim card. READ BEFORE YOU BUY. I bought another different one called tracki ill be reviewing that one soon. On a scale from 1 to 10 on this one. I give it a 2. So far I'll update once I find a Sim that fits in it
