Q: How can I make this stick? I keep trying to suction it to the feeding tray but it just won't do that. I swear it comes off just by looking at it...

Hi. Thank you for your question, what we tend to find is if you add a tiny bit of water to the plate and bowl it helps to make it stick. Ensure the surface is flat aswell!

Q: The straw is sealed, how to puncture the hole?

Unless there is a fault with yours, the straw isn’t sealed but does look like it. Just squeeze the straw and you should see it’s slit. But If your child is anything like mine they will be soaked in seconds anyway! The lid isn’t that secure at all!
