wit my head Size being 57.5 cms (22 & half inch), I ordered a M sized one.A little bit tight at the beginning especially L and R side of your head but after pressing down the thermocol it's better now.I think ppl of this head size can even go for L Size.Overall quality is superb but I was annoyed to see that the finishing inside was left wanting with extra threads hanging here and there.

Good product but i get 2024 manufacturing helmet , spoiler is too low quality jut hit somewhere that's break, air noise is high even you close the air vents
