Q: Anyone know how to turn off the change air filter light?

Change the filter, unplug it and turn it back on

Q: How often is the filter(s) changed? What do they cost?

I find the 3 months change misleading. I literally change my filter once a month. Adds up quickly in costs. Granted I have several dogs, but the statement a filter last for months is simply not true for everyone

Q: How do you unlock it once it's been locked ? Mine won't unlock when I push the lock button.

The lock feature and reset feature of the machine are required to hold the button for 3 seconds. You should be able to hold the lock button for 3 seconds and it unlock. I would refer to the manual and look up the lock feature if you need further assistance. The machine is not a complicated one.
