Q: Is this refrigerator accepted on international flights?

Yes, we just returned back from South Africa through Germany. No problem. Security never even look in the unit. On the international flights, we had AC outlets at our seats so we were able to plug in the unit. In the airports we had to use plug adapters to be able to plug in the unit. We found the battery to be quite marginal so you may want to consider either an additional battery or some backup power supply. Also, be sure the battery is fully charged before you start. We found the USB power supply had difficulty both running the unit and charging the battery.

Q: How long does the battery last and how cold does it get ? I am going on a cross country road trip and need my insulin vials to last I use insulin vial

One battery pack can work for 4~6 hours ,include 2 battery pack. Cold storage temperature: 2-8℃（35.6-46.4℉, operating temperature below 25℃（77℉）If the room temperature over 25 ℃，the case can`t cooler below 8℃.

Q: Is there supposed to be 2 batteries? Mine has space for 2. With 2 plugs in the battery compartment, but I only received 1

From June,2022 the FBA package includes 2 battery pack , normally it's enough for daily using.

Q: Does this meet the requirements to take on a cruise ship?

It can be take on to the plane and we are not sure the detail requirements of ship ,but if there is a wall charge can charge it and the battery shoubld be no problem.
