Quality degrading, I bought one in 2022 It lasted for Almost 1.5 years, although I used to use once or twice a week for 30 mins.Bought another one last week, noticed that the quality of plastic has deteriorated, don't know how long it will last

When I first bought the Kapoor Dhani electrical night lamp, I was really excited about it based on the product images and description. However, after using it, I’m quite disappointed. The major issue is that while it effectively melts the Kapoor and releases the fragrance, it creates a huge mess on the surface. The shallow dish where the Kapoor sits causes the melted product to overflow, and cleaning it is an absolute nightmare. Once the Kapoor overflows and sticks to the device, it’s nearly impossible to remove.The product images are misleading as they make it seem like the dish is deep enough to hold the Kapoor or any essence, but in reality, it’s very shallow. This shallow dish means that everything overflows quickly, making the whole process inconvenient. I expected something more practical in terms of design, where you could place the fragrance without it spilling all over the device.Honestly, I regret purchasing this item. I used it a few times, but it’s simply not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it—definitely not worth buying if you’re looking for something easy to maintain.
