Q: does this item come with a case?

First off its the 900m1 is the high torque model not what your selling, yours is a 920b none come with cases only bags

Q: El cargador es para 220 volts

This Drill is designed to work with a charger at 120V which is provided. It is not advised by the manufacturer CRAFTSMAN to use an adaptor or a transformer to attempt to force the charger to work at 220V.

Q: how does the brushless version have less torque than the brushed one? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Brushless tools are reduces maintenance ( no brush replacements), lowers noise and heat and efficiency overall.

Q: Is this a brushless tool? I get both brushless and not brushless answer?????
