Yes, they are just tin containers, but as the advert goes, not just any tin containers.The artwork is lovely, bright and cheerful they will look sunny back on the shelf in the home of my friends and hopefully remind them of their visit to the UK .A useful gift too, so glad that I came across them.

ordered these twice. both came dented in all 3 cannisters. flimsy box from Emma bridgewater doesn't protect product at all. very disappointed . returned for refund
