Q: Have had it for a month now, very happy but.....i was promised a free filter replacment and havent seen it yet, whats up?

I had 0 problems in getting my free air filter. Must be back in stock. I bought a 2nd unit and received that free air filter with no problems in about 7 to 10 days.

Q: Does this air purifier have a warranty?

I just signed up for the advertised 2 year warranty which is clearly promoted. Look in the instructions manual to see you can email and request an additional year, for 3 year warranty coverage. Super good if this is honored!

Q: Just received. What is best placement? Right now it’s on my bedside table.

We have ours located near a window to filter inbound outside air, used for a small office room location. Next to your bed is a good location as well to filter air surrounding that area.
