Comprehensive content, poor binding
The content of this book is quite comprehensive, although the wording could be condensed. I was disappointed that sone of the pages started to break apart on the first day as I was reading it. The binding is not strong. Not sure if maybe I received a bad copy, although I purchased it new.

Kinda good kinda painful
If you like reading long winded over explained common sense, than this book is for you. If actually just read the bold headings you will save yourself a lot of time and still get the points which are pretty good.

Useless, Self-Congratulatory Academic Book
Consistent with the other reviews for this book, my experience was that this book was a useless collection of commonsense, obvious advice about how to succeed in the real world written by professors who only wanted to pad their resumes. Unfortunately, it was required reading for my course because my professor wrote it. Avoid wasting you money on this if you can.
