Q: I have a 3000w 12v multiplus 2 , can I use the autotransformer to produce 240v ?

Yes, you can convert a 120VAC up to 120/240VAC split phase. Or to just 240VAC. This is the 100amp model though. You can save a couple bucks and use the 32amp model instead.

Q: Can this be mounted Horizontally?

It hangs on a bracket ... but if you built a bracket ... I guess it could be mounted horizontally.

Q: Can the Victron Energy Autotransformer 120/240V AC and 100 amp have a 110v outlet input to energize an 240v induction cooktop of total 10800 Watts?

I don’t fully understand the question. This device takes single phase 240v (L-N) and gives you split phase 240V (L-L). What is the required power you need for your induction cooktop?
