Works as expected, I use it for neck pain. Love the lavender smell, pleasant to use - don't overheat In microwave or that will change into a soggy biscuit smell as I found out with previous item! (different product)Only comment is that it might benefit from being sewn into sections so that the wheat does not fall to one end, but that's easily done at home if required.

Great item exactly as described and works a treat

Effective and easy to use

I've had similar products for many years. One lasted years. The one I replaced it with couldn't be heated in the microwave for as long, and therefore didn't make it as hot. However, it still managed a reasonable heat. Unfortunately, I can't really say the same for the 2 of these ones I purchased. You can't have them in the microwave as long as my previous one (different make), and as a result, the temperature isn't that great, if you want a decent heat. Temperature is OK, if you only want a mild heat. Would I consider purchasing these again? Personally, I wouldn't. I'd just buy a cheaper one like the previous one I had.

Bean bag

It could have done with a few stitches to keep the wheat in place - which I will probably do. Without it the wheat falls to either end and is empty in the middle. Soft fabric and nice scent of lavender.

Very good pain relief in minutes excellent product will recommend.
