Q: Can I use silver holo on top of my own colors to make them holo?

Yes, thats exactly what I've done and I recommend the combo... all though I don't have silver I have the light purple holo. The only thing is the silver itself might be pretty thick after more than one light coat of polish. With one light coat it will make the color underneath holo.
