Q: Does it come with monitor? If no, how much and how to purchase? Don't see option to purchase monitor on Amazon.

The one pictured does Not come with the monitor. An app is available for iPhone and android to monitor the sensors. The following does come with the monitor:LP Tank Check - 2 Sensors With Monitor Kit - 06-2190, 024-1000(Type this in and it should come up) This is the one I have and it works great. Works with Both the monitor and my iPhone app. Best and most accurate monitor I have found.

Q: I noticed on one picture that the tank had three green legs. Are they needed to fit the monitor? And if so, are they included?

Some brands of tanks may not need them. Depends on the height of the outer ring on the bottom of the tank. Also some setups on BBQ pits have a cutout or enough clearance. Just make sure you don't rest all the weight of the tank on the sensor. You can tell because the tank might rock or "teter" a bit if it's sitting on the sensor.

Q: will this work with 20 lb bottles as well as 30lb bottles?
