Q: What is the inside width? I want to slide it close to a fitness spinner bike with a wide 21" base.

My measurement matches A. Ayoade's: 24.5". If your spinner base is close to that, you probably technically have an extra 1/8 or 1/16 inch to work with.

Q: Has anyone tried this with the wahoo headwind? does the fan sit on the frame like it would with wahoo's own computer stand? thanks

I have the Wahoo Headwind. The frame on the desk does sit a bit higher than the desk from Wahoo, so if you put the fan on the frame, the front two legs don't touch the ground. I have mine placed right against the front, with the back legs tucked in, and it hits my torso and face.

Q: Can the surface of the desk tilt upward? I have a reclining bike and the desktop would need to be able to tilt upwards.

No sir it won't rotate. You'd have to place something to provide you that tilt but I would be afraid that it would just slip off the table. It raises and lowers and of course FWd and Back as needed.

Q: Is the top wide enough to support the 24.1" leg width of a 32" tcl 32s327 tv? the tv is only 10lbs - any issues with supporting the weight?

The top is 28" wide x 14" deep. I think it would be sturdy enough for 10 Lbs, but would position the stand far enough away from your bikes you don't accidentally knock it around.
