From what I’ve seen, LOQI bags have a design on both sides of the exterior, though not the interior of the bag, thus the bag cannot be turned inside out. I gave this particular Starry Night Van Gogh bag to a friend, so can’t be absolutely certain about it, though I imagine it’s likely the same specs as the others.

No. It folds up and goes into a small bag that comes with it. I absolutely love my Van Gogh bags!
