Easy to use two minutes in my microwave it’s perfect nice moist warm heat, I have shoulder upper back and neck pain this helps relax all those muscles and makes it possible to get relief from the pain it has a little lavender and mint smell but nothing over powering I have sensitive nose and am not bothered by this. I would highly recommend this product

I absolutely love this heating pack! It’s perfect for relieving my recent neck pain, and the best part is that I can still potter around the house while wearing it. The only downside is that it needs to be heated a little longer than the recommended time. I suggest microwaving it for 1.5 minutes, giving it a shake, and then heating it for another 1.5 minutes for optimal warmth. The fragrance is really pleasant as well, adding a nice touch to the whole experience. Overall, it’s a great product for soothing aches and pains.

The product works just fine as intended, but does smell pretty gross at first. Since it’ll be so close to your face, I would recommend giving it a clean/quick spray with something nicer before using! Other than that, I have no complaints about the product :)
