Simpson Strong-Tie H2.5A 18-Gauge Galvanized Hurricane Tie (100-Pack)

This is one of the best brackets and pricing I have seen. Held up perfectly in the recent Hurricane.

I needed a large number of these for a construction project and saved a significant amount of money buying from Amazon rather than from the local big box store. They are the exact name brand as you would find locally only for a fraction of the price. Worked great.

I received the material in an OEM corrugated container that was cushioned in an outer corrugated container. No sign of damage. The material is of excellent quality.

Great product, but I ordered 100 and received 1. Re ordered the 100 and you want me to get a box and go to town to ship the one back, not gonna happen, just charge me the .67. Re ordering was easy. Had to wait another week to start work tho.

The joist hanger is a standard item, identical to the big box version (stamped info and all) but 1/3 the price. The packaging was terrible and arrived barely intact. It could have fit in a book-sized box a fraction of the size (see second picture) they came shipped in. I think they just left the box at the end of the conveyor coming off the stamping machine and then taped it up for shipping.
