Great for toning

These are great , good quality. I was looking for the snake wrist weight but couldn't find any . The only thing I don't like is they tend to interfere with fitbit on my wrist. Hard to find comfortable spot .

These were ok… really uncomfortable to wear around the ankle but ok around the wrist. I’ve never had wrist weights before so have no idea how they would normally feel but feel a wider/thinner option would fit so much better & more comfortable…. though I’ve never seen any designed like that!
