I got this for my 9 year old granddaughter. It will be for Christmas. I did take it out of its box, to make sure things were in working order and nothing was broken. It was packaged well and it is absolutely beautiful. Even my husband was amazed at how nice it is. The details and carving are so intricate. The lighting is soft but just right, to give that calming effect, not garish. I can’t wait to give it to her. If you have someone who you think would appreciate this, don’t hesitate,,,,this is worth every penny.

Initially loved the look of this carousel but as you can see from the video, it jams and locks up as it's going around and makes a clicking noise when stuck.I can't find how to contact the seller to get a replacement under it's warranty as we are now out of the standard return period.
