Q: Does this cleanser exfoliate as well?

I've used this product for about 5 years. It does work but make sure you only use it once or twice a week. Everyday use is too much for your skin.

Q: Could someone tell me the consistency of this cleanser? Is it a thick white lotion like consistency?

It is a great smelling thick white creamy consistency. I really like this product!

PCA's Creamy Cleanser is a creamy cleanser with beneficial oils that leaves skin smoother and firmer. It is for dry or sensitive skin. PCA SKIN's Facial Wash is for normal, combination, or sensitive skin. It hydrates and exfoliates while cleaning. Both products are soothing cleansers that leave skin feeling clean, not tight.

Q: What is the expiration date for this product? I know PCA has a very short shelf life....

to be honest, this is the only cleanser I use. I have a slight obsession with skin care and have gone back and forth between high end cleansers (Emma Hardie) and low end (cetaphil) and this is the only one that gets it right. That said, I bought this bottle in September and it is down to the dregs and still cleans beautifulls, and smells fresh. I'd say 6 months-12 months. My bottle doesn't expire for a year.
