It ripped within the first week. Has holes for when it rains but still ended up with water on top of it when it did rain. Doesn’t have a tight fit at all so sinks in the middle. Cheap material. I usual don’t write reviews unless something is horribly bad.

It covers the pool but has too many overflow holes that small bugs and debris can get through which I don't like but I do like that it warms the pool water. The it seems to draw in the heat and reflects it in the water. My lounge pool feels warm instead of freezing cold.. It is a nice heavy cover and very well made.

Easy to use and fits right

I ordered this pool cover for $5 for my Summer Escapes brand 10x30 pool. Surprisingly for the price, it fits very well. The pool cover is made from the same material as a basic, cheap tarp. There are a few intended holes in the center of the tarp for drainage.To attach the pool cover to the pool, there are holes with strings attached spaced out to line up with the pool legs. Each of these holes are reinforced with a metal circle thingy to avoid tears. The string supplied is terrible, ours frayed beyond use after one use. We are going to have to replace them. I may try to lace something stretchy like a bungee cord through the holes so that way I can pull to tighten at one point on the cover rather than tie at every single leg.Pro:InexpensiveFits the pool perfectlyWill keep out light weight debris while we aren't using the poolCons:Probably won't last more than a summer season, tops.Strings are substandard qualityTakes a little while to take on/off because you need to tie/untie cover from each legRecommendation: I've never owned s pool this size before or had the need to buy a cover, therefore I don't know how this pool cover compares to other brands. Perfect pool for me and my small family. Easy to maintain and keep clean. We love it!
