Q: I am very disappointed that both times I’ve purchased that there is at least half left and the nozzle won’t work. I’d like a refund.

Same for me, however, the bottles I have purchased previously from a reputable dealer did not have this problem. I will go back to paying full price at a solon.

This happened to both bottles I ordered. Contacted both the company as well as Amazon. They refused to do anything. Then they stopped spraying at all. So I paid $32 each only to be left with a little over 1/2 in bottles. I like the product but I cannot recommend ever purchasing it.

Q: How is this product better than others?

I have very thin hair. This product gives you lasting set and volume. People tell me that my hair does not appear thin.
