The SSD is so small it seems vulnerable and may be easy to lose. This case will protect it and make it easier to keep track of. That's funny because one reason for the SSD is it's small size.

This is a great little case. It's sturdy and rugged and fits the external drive perfectly. It's nice being able to take it with me anywhere I want, and not have to worry about it. If

I purchased this to protect a 500gb model which will travel with a Macbook Air in a small padded case. The SSD itself is so sturdy feeling that the case may not really matter, but it will be good extra protection when traversing airports or other places with my bag and prevent scratching up against other accessories in the bag. The drive itself fits snuggly in the padded space that is cutout for it. The cords, which I don't aggressively fold or wrap, fit pretty well. You may need to push part of the cord over a fraction of an inch as you zip. Nevertheless, it is easy to zip up.

It's a great little case, but it's just a tad too small for the two cables provided by Samsung. You will have to rewind the cables to make them smaller to fit inside. You can finagle the cords inside, but only one will fit inside the little mesh sleeve, but both won't fit inside. So, if you know you're only going to use one cable, then you can fit that one inside, but if you're going to use the drive as a mobile storage which will need either cable, then you're going to have to double one cable up and put the other on top of the drive in order to get the case closed. It is a strong little case and the drive fits in perfectly. It's a snug fit though, so getting the drive out is a big of a tug. Frankly if it was about an eighth of an inch bigger all around it would be a perfect case.

I really like this it downloaded everything I need within 20 mins or so. ( World of Warcraft) I still have plenty of room left to save my college homework and projects. It gets a little warm it's small enough and light its not heavy like they use to be. And I love the pouch that you can order also I would lose it if it wasn't for it.

The tiny Samsung solid state drives are great, but they're very small and light and just don't have the feeling of being robust enough to kick around my backpack as I work around the world. This is the perfect solution. It's still small, but gives it some protection and keeps the cord with it. Very pleased with this purchase. Note: I use it with a T1, and it fits perfectly.

I was looking for a case to provide some protection for my Samsung T3 portable SSD. My drive fits nicely in the designated padded slot and securely behind the elastic band. The USB cable fits in the pocket side of the case. This is a well made case with a sturdy zipper. I like that I can throw this in my backpack or my purse and know it's protected. Highly recommend this for the Samsung T3 SSD.

This Samsung T3 Portable SSD Drive (1 TB) is a great drive. It has performed flawlessly since I received it. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has data that is critical to their daily living. While it is expensive, the cost is made up by the speed and security of the drive itself. I have it networked with 3 other USB hard drives, so it is backed up multiple time, as well as to the cloud (a best practice for data). The case is an essential part of the package for carrying the drive in a mobile setting.
