Q: When i used this on my sons hair it seemed to pull the hair while cutting it which made his scream. Any suggestions?

They likely aren’t powerful enough. I’m a hair dresser and normal clippers sometimes (not often) grab very fine baby hair. Try using a comb to lift the hair away from the scalp to cut it. YouTube clipper over comb technique. Or try going with the hair, then in the other direction. Hope that helps!
