I find this works pretty much the same (for me) as Senokot. I'm not the average user because I have opiate constipation not your standard occasional constipation. But my doctor recommended this product to me.

This product does a good job and gently works without over doing it and causing more problems

Pills help, I just ordered the wrong package, I wanted the bottle. These are hard to get out of the cardboard

This works great for me. Two pills for me does the trick. Bowel movement will come on in about 8 hours regardless when you take it. I use it regularly as I am on a Keto diet without a lot of fiber. It will clean you out. May want to start with only 1-2 pills else it may do to good of a job.
