Q: Is this knife right handed?

Be sure to validate with the seller as the listing here does not tell you. The G-11R is right handed and the G-11L is left handed. The one I ordered was indeed right handed. Also keep in mind that as this knife is yanagi ba style, it is meant to cut on the pull rather than than push so it will feel different in the hand than a general chef's knife.

It's a sashimi knife. So yes. It allows for the blade to be much sharper than a traditional knife.

Not at all. Not sure you want this style of blade flexible.
