I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. This soft briefcase is very well made, solid freely moving zippers, the larger zippered area is wide enough to hold at least 2 standard file folders and has full length pockets with zippers on the front and back. There's also a second full zippered portion enough for another file folder. There is also a laptop area with a velcro closure however, I don't use it for that purpose; I use it for legal matters and volunteering. Additionally, there's another zippered full section and another front smaller velcro pocket on the front and a baggage strip on the back. Attached handles and an attachable shoulder strap. They thought of everything and it looks great, professional presentation. The price can't be beat!! I'm very very happy with this purchase and it replaces a soft canvas briefcase I had used for over 30 years! I'll be trilled if this one will last half as long. I have only been using this briefcase for about 2 weeks, but so far it’s just what I was looking far. Inexpensive, several pockets, lightweight—it holds everything that I carry including a Surface Pro, iPad, padfolio, business cards, several e-cigs, and a few other work related paraphernalia. I think it will prove to be durable over time, too. One reviewer indicated their dislike of the Velcro handles—I actually like that. The only negative I can think of is the strap isn’t padded and is fairly cheap, but hey, it works. This is not a large case but more of a midsize. It’s perfect for me. If you’re a snobbish sort, this might not be your thing, but it’s plenty attractive enough for the average Joe.

Bought for my son for high school. He loves it because it has plenty of room for his Chromebook and schoolbooks. So far it seems to be well made.

Overall, this is a very well designed bag. There is an outer pocket for files (or a second computer). A central pocket has a dedicated laptop pocket with a strap, and additional space for files or another computer. (I used it recently to carry three computers.) A front compartment has pen holders and phone holders, and a smaller zip pocket in the front can hold a Kindle or similar small items.Cons: There is only one zipper on each main compartment, not a double zipper that will meet in the middle. And the opening on the front (pen and phone) pocket is narrow and the fabric is dark, which makes that compartment a little difficult to use.
