this is a very high quality band! I chose the Olive Green color and replaced the leather straps that came on my Timex Men's Expedition North Sierra 40mm Watch - Black Strap Green Dial Silver-Tone Case. It really makes my TImex have the look of a genuine field watch. The leather strap that came with the watch just didn't fit the field watch look nor the color scheme of the dial.I had looked at many field watches and chose this style and color because it looked just like the strap on an expensive Swiss field watch associated with a famous outdoorsman... I am genuinely impressed with the quality. After a couple months of wear, the holes are still perfect. No stretching of them or tearing of them! I love the fact that there is no reinforcement strip, at least not visible on the exterior, just pure olive drab Cordura nylon!This is a great watch band and you won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for a comfortable and durable watch band, THIS IS IT!! I don't normally do reviews because I buy something and go about my business but I have tried 3 other replacement bands and all 3 disappointed me. They were leather but the quality was just not there. This band has the leather for comfort on the inside that contacts the wrist and canvas material on the outside and it is the first one that has held up.10 out of 10. And I didn't even know it had easy to use pins for installation. That was a welcomed bonus.!!

This band is stiff and held shape it fit well on my giant wrists. The clips made it easy to change. It was fairly flexible and worked well with my daily activities. The watch broke before the band did.

I bought this as a replacement for an Aplina Startimer Classic (AL-860SCP4S6) with a black alligator band for a more informal look. Super simple install; the spring loaded pins are easy to manupilate but feel very secure once installed. It feels very comfortable, and is not overly stiff. I'd happily purchase another of these straps in the future if I need or want one.

This is a great looking and comfortable band and I've had two. It doesn't take long for band to get smelly and degrade if you forget and wear it in the water. Also the small loops that hold the excess band near your wrist are not well stitched and inevitably break -- you can sew them back on, but that's a pain.

This is the best deal going in watches. This was delivered today at 5pm and I have since ordered four more in almost every color.Very well done, Alpine.
