I've had this bag for THREE years! It's been used heavy as I work 12 hr shifts and I pack it full of snacks for work. I've not had a single issue with it! There's no wear except for the inside of the bag but it still keeps things cold and doesn't leak! I use a single ice pack with it and it keeps things cold for most of the night. I like it so much I'm buying another instead of opting for a different brand. Only because I just want to get a new bag. Definitely a great bag to have!

I am thrilled with this lunch bag! It’s impressively large, perfect for my weekly trips out of town for work. It easily accommodates all my meal prep, multiple drinks, and I really appreciate the two side pockets for carrying extra beverages or water bottles. The storage is abundant, and the durability is outstanding. I couldn't be happier with this bag!

Bought and returned quite a few lunch bags, this one is great. The waterbottle side pickets fit 2 32oz bottles securely. The zippers function well. The overall build is pretty dang good for the price!

There is more room in this bag than it first appears. Room for extra beverages or even a flat chocolate bar, there are pockets to carry the necessary. Love this bag.

Color not quite as in pic. A lot bigger than you'd expect. We are keeping it, but it wasn't exactly what we thought it would be. Does have a lot of pouches/pockets & is well insulated!

This bag is perfect in every way. It’s very deep and holds water bottles well. Front and back storage pockets hold so much stuff. This is the best lunch bag I’ve ever had. It’s also very strong and sturdy!

Surprisingly spectacular, remain, functional, stylish. Thankfully, I forgot to return it. Now I need another lunch box because of the two I bought since I bought this one why aren't the greatest even though they were okay and now I decided to get this one out instead of buying another one that's maybe not the greatest and I'm so glad that I did. All of these Pockets still have room in them. It's a good size and shape instead of a big rectangular tube. It's more like a diaper bag shape. I really like this bag and I would buy another one. Hopefully different color. The thing is that I don't like is the half inch elastic that was put inside the side pocket casings to make them more snug. The fabric is kind of thick and a little bit durable which means it's a little thicker and harder to maneuver but not in general for the whole bag just for those pocket opening. And if you don't care about that and don't plan to use them much. Okay. So in the last picture here I took a picture of the little opening I made in the stitching and then I use a crochet hook to pull out the elastic and cut it. That makes the side pockets open but they don't then spring back with elastic so you have to choose. It's an option. I like to modify things and the zipper on the half moon pocket along with the Chrome grommets are very pretty. The zipper has a little movement to it as it's sitting on the shelf and I'm looking at it. The hooks that hold the straps on are very well done this is a very good bag and very much worth the money. I'm so glad I bought it and that the top openings open a little wider and kind of our flat not come to a point like a lot of the tote bags. When they come to a a triangular type point on closure, you can't fit as much stuff in there. This bag is great but it looks kind of small because it's sort of flat when it shows up. Just a great bag. I will buy this again. For once one of my mistakes did good for me!
