These are not the newest ones. The newest ones are called the T5ii ANC. These are in fact the ones pictured which is the previous model.

Hi, this brand is designed and manufactured in the USA. However I sent mine back as they were very temperamental and wouldn’t fully charge, when they charged at all. My opinion is to look elsewhere, there are some decent earphones out there for that kind of money.
