I suffer from migraines 2-3 days every month due to my fibroids and being in my early 50s. Nothing helps and I typically boil over and need wet cloths on my head and lots of cold showers. That makes a mess of my bed as all gets wet. And if I turn my head the wet cloth slips off. And if I use a frozen wet cloth or a frozen ice pack it really hurts to leave it for more than 30 seconds on the same spot. And melts and drips.So what a great surprise when I tried out this cooling eye patch thingy.Today when my migraine began, I stuck it into the freezer for 30 minutes and then lay down with it over my eyes.10 minutes later I felt much better!What I like about this cold relief eye mask is how light it feels on my head and pained eyes. Also how cooling it is without being too freezing or dripping all over the place.What I dislike is that it only lasts 10 minutes before cold is gone on both sides.So I suggest you buy at least 2 of them, then can have a few in the freezer and not need to wait 30-40 minutes for it to cool down again.I wish they'd make a beanie hat to cover the entire head ache head!I like it is easy to use, soft and comfortable. Even though it comes from CHina, surprisingly it is not stinking like most clothes and stuff from China.But all in all, 5-stars as my headache is GONE after two 10-minute sessions with this thing!

I normally wear a mask over my eyes to keep out the light when I sleep, but I was intrigued by this mask pillow because it can also be chilled.The mask is soft, and feels like a comfy jersey knit fabric. I couldn't detect any unpleasant odors, and I am pretty sensitive to chemical odors. It is filled with small beads about the size of a BB or peppercorn. I think they are solid plastic.The mask has quite a bit of weight to it, and if I were not using it in the supine position, I would need to use the elastic strap to keep it in place. The added weight is tolerable, though I did need to do a bit of manipulation to distribute the little balls in a way that provided maximum comfort and didn't press on my sinuses.One of the nicest things about this mask, that I've not found in any other mask I've tried, is that there are fairly deep hollows above each eye. So, my eyes/lids don't absorb any of the weight of the mask, and I am able to fully blink without my lids or lashes touching the mask. That's always been an irritant for me, even when using just a light folded handkerchief...I could still feel my lashes rubbing against the fabric. Not with this mask!I chilled the mask in the refrigerator (the freezer might be too cold for me), and it stayed pretty cool for about 20 minutes. The combination of cold and darkness makes for some very soothing tension headache relief!Recommended.

I like that it is almost exactly the same as the iMak masks it even Has an Adjustable strap that you can tighten it. The other brand does not have that so I really like that I just with it was a little fuller. They could probably fit more beads in it

I've used this mask for several nights now. I've tried sticking it in the freezer and in the refrigerator. Personally, it's a little too cold for me when I stick it in the freezer, but the refrigerator gets it just right.Using this mask feels like putting bean bags over your eyes, except it's comfortable because the mask fits to your eyes and face. It is definitely a little bulkier-feeling than a normal mask, but that is to be expected and did not cause any discomfort. Most masks I can still see a tiny bit of light around the edges, but the bulky-ness actually serves to block out even more light than other masks that I've tried.I've had some sinus headaches lately, and this has seemed to really help with those.Overall great idea for a mask and great execution!

This mask has a seam right on top of the eyes, which keeps the weighted mask from weighing down on your eyes. IMO, that kind of defeats the whole purpose of a weighted eye mask. I personally like the feeling of the weight right on top of my eye balls.

I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised at the relief I've found in using this product. I got it primarily as a self-care relaxation option but after using it consistently have found that it actually makes a huge difference when I am feeling a little overwhelmed when my ADHD and anxiety are particularly exhausting me. I lay down and use the mask right out of the freezer and the combination of the soothing cold therapy and lack of bright light brings me back to calm pretty quickly. It also signals visually to my kids that mama isn't feeling great and needs a few minutes of quiet time so they are less likely to burst my brief peace bubble. 🤣 All in all, I definitely recommend giving this a shot if you struggle with stress, anxiety, headaches and ADHD.*** Update ***I absolutely love this mask so much that I recently ordered a second one. The first one is still in excellent condition but having a second one means I can always have one temperature-ready even if I forget to put the other back in the freezer to chill. I love that this item stands up to being hand-washed because I have started adding a couple of drops of peppermint oil to the corners near the band to help with migraines & tension headaches. I was diagnosed recently with PTSD & this thing has become my go-to to help me settle down my mind and become grounded again after a period of intense hypervigilance. It is a simple design but a powerful tool to help restore me to balance.

This is my second one purchasing as I lost the other one years ago and missed it! It's just the right amount of pressure, freezes easily, soft, non-irritating or tight and holds a freeze for 20 minutes give or take. Love this one!

This mask blocks out all light and fits perfect. Very comfortable! I can wear it during the day for naps and you would think it is midnight because no light comes through. Would suggest it to anyone who has a hard time sleeping with light.
