They all have a roast date on the bag, and if you want super fresh coffee, then instead of purchasing through prime, select "other sellers" and choose to purchase from us there, we will then roast and post to you directly.

I don't know the strength but pretty mild, maybe 1/1.5. Pretty nice cup of coffee though.

Hello, I would say it is no more than a 4, not too dark or strong and quite a smooth flavour if that makes sense! I use most of my beans for lattes and flat whites and it was perfect for these where a '3' usually doesn't have enough depth through the milk for my liking.
