Top-tier batteries — worth every cent
These are great rechargeable batteries. I use them in my flash, and they perform exactly as needed — strong, consistent power. My tip: don’t just buy one set and expect them to last 5+ years without rotation. Get a few sets and cycle them properly. These are absolutely worth the money if you use them regularly and keep them fresh. They are slightly thicker than standard AAs, but I haven’t had any issues inserting them into devices. Fit is still fine.Solid, reliable, and powerful — these are my go-to AA rechargeables now.

Saved me a bunch of money
The batteries work great. I first purchased AAA batteries that came with the charger (same brand). The charger is capable of charging both AAA and AA. I then purchased the AA. They have already paid for themselves. Have a nice day everyone.

High capacity, high self-discharge
I have four sets of the EBL 2800 AA and two of the 2300. Many comments mention that these are not low self discharge and my experience so far leads me to agree. Don't fall for that labelling. Otherwise, the cells seem well-made. Capacity for the 2800s is high, averaging right around 2750-2800. Two failed to achieve 2700 even after a couple of break-in cycles. This was measured on the charge cycle on a Zanflare C4; the former is a generous measure of usable capacity and this charger is said to overestimate by 5-10%. The capacity is high, but likely not quite the claimed 2800. All 8 2300 cells comfortably exceeded their stated capacity using the same measurements. These also do not appear to be genuine Low SD cells, but the stated capacity is likely pretty close to actual. Given the 2300s are a bit cheaper, they may be the better value. Of course, if you want these cells to retain usable charge for months, these are not right for you. If you plan to use them up quickly each time you charge them, these may be a decent bargain comapred to Eneloops. I cannot yet comment on their longevity (i.e., max cycles).Update: I've now had these cells for over two years. I have not tracked the number of cycles; most are used in kid's toys and tend to sit a while between uses. I'd estimate between 50-80 charge cycles for most. A few have spent some time in outdoor solar lights in a wide range of temperatures. None of these cells have gone bad and all still hold reasonably close to their original capacity. I will reiterate that they are not low self discharge, but they have held up well in the usage patterns described above. I'm giving a 4th star based on this, up from my original three. I would not recommend these if you want to put them in an emergency flashlight that may sit for a year or two before you need it, but for most other applications they are a good value. I'd never give five stars because they do not live up to their labelling/marketing.

Lasted for 9 years for me
I just got my order yesterday so I haven't put the batteries on the charger yet. But when I got my order, one of the battery containers was open and the batteries were loose in the box. These were replacement batteries for ones i bought 9 years ago, so i can't containers about them.
