Buy it!
My new favorite lab purchase! It cuts the parafilm cleanly. I appreciate that it comes with an extra blade. Very easy to use. It comes with an extra piece you can hook onto the back for storage (I use mine for if I cut too much parafilm and for the extra blade).

junk, don't buy
the cutter is worthless and destroys the very expensive parafilm.. DON'T BUY THIS! the blades are simply not sharp enough...returning...

Not worth the money.
Doesn’t cut the parafilm like the video showed when researching. Save your money and just buy some scissors.

regretful purchase - especially at this price
I thought a $40 parafilm dispenser would make my life easier, but the normal box and scissors are easier. The blade doesn't always cut the first time. It takes two hands to get the 4" tape to slide out, then it scrapes some of the parafilm from the backing in the process, making the blade cut the backing but not the film. It should cost about $7 and even then it's better to just use scissors. I'm sorry I bought this and wish I had read more reviews.

Great!
It works. The arm is a little awkward to pull the parafilm through, but it works fairly well. Tough ABS plastic holds up to wear and tear though.

Dog water!!!!
For $40 you’d expect this thing to actually cut the film..!!! Waste of money

Its Ok - dont think much of the cutter
Its Ok, you cant put two small roles into this, just one. The cutter isn't all that good, it stopped working after the first 4 cuts, it now catches - easier to just cut it.

It has one job and that’s to much
So this Parafilm dispenser is complete garbage , any time you pull on the roll the door opens . the little blade that slides back and forth to cut the Parafilm does not cut at all it crudely Tares the backing paper . You be better off ripping chunks off by hand . Save yourself some money and buy a decent pair of Scissors
