I’m serious, you guys.. this product is amazing. I read all of the reviews before purchasing and honestly thought the company was paying people off because of how many raving reviews there were. If I hadn’t been desperate, I was going to keep scrolling past this product… but let me give you my story so you can understand how blown away I am.Six days ago, after a round of using my camera tool to assist with cleaning out ear wax, I noticed a plug up against my eardrum in my right ear. I messed with it for quite some time trying to get it out… enough that my ear drum was super irritated. The next day, I woke up to a blocked eardrum and significantly muffled hearing. I bought some Debrox drops (the whole kit, actually, with the bulb for flushing) and used that for 3 days straight, twice a day as instructed, and then tried to flush with warm water and saw no results at all. I could also no longer clearly see the plug due to swelling/irritation and I was concerned because the Debrox drops weren’t really fizzing in my ear. I don’t have health insurance and was dreading a trip to the doctor to figure out what was going on, but I was also quickly growing concerned because I assumed that the lack of fizzing meant something besides a blocked ear due to wax.On a whim, I started searching for another ear cleaning my product. I found this, and after a LOT of back and forth with myself, I decided that potentially wasting $10 was better than carting myself off to the doctor right away for a several hundred dollar bill. The drops came super fast and I put them in as soon as I got them. Immediately, they fizzed like CRAZY. I also had some itching that made me super nervous, but I stuck with it. I drained the drops, waited a bit and flushed the ear… and came away with lots of gunk. I now know that the itching was thw drops working to pull bits of wax that had been in my ear for god knows how long. Debrox had given me NONE of that- not even a tiny amount of loosened wax after three days. However, my ear was still plugged and I couldn’t hear out of it.I continued using these drops that same night I received them (for my second round that day), and that time they didn’t fizz like the first time did and I grew concerned again, but I stayed the course. Used them again this morning, followed by a flush… and I can hear again. Just like that. I thought my issue was done and over with but before I crawled into bed tonight I decided to take another peek with my camera tool and there was SO MUCH GROSS just about to come out of my ear.I fought with loss of hearing and Debrox drops for 3 days before buying this, and it worked in 2. I got results immediately, even though it didn’t clear my hearing immediately; that took just one extra round of drops. I will never ever again buy another product for cleaning my ears. Period!I know the tons of amazing reviews may look scammy, but I’m so glad I bought this instead of just going to the doctor. It saved me HUNDREDS, and the discomfort of not being able to hear for who knows how much longer. Debrox, who?

It's a very simple gadget; bottle, pump and tubes. It works well for the purpose but little tricky. If the tube is screwed on too tightly, it stops the water from coming out. Tube that goes inside the bottle, sometimes does not 'fit' well into the bottom or the pump. When this happens, the pump doesn't get 'primed' to suck the water out of the bottle. Needed to 'play' with it to work. Remedy for this is just take out the tube and turn the bottle upside down and use it that way. I also think that the tip could be rounded so it doesn't hurt the inner wall of the ear.

Easy to use, but no fizz. Had to use for 10 days (twice a day) to get the ear cleaned. Works definitely, just takes a while.

Over the past few months I've noticed I have to turn the TV volume up higher in order to hear various shows. Thinking my ears might be clogged, I purchased Cleanse Right. After two days of use I can definitely say I am hearing my TV better at lower volumes; sometimes, five or six volume numbers less than before I tried Cleanse Right. After using the drops I tried listening while looking at the TV, not looking at the TV, and while gently covering my ears. In each case, I was hearing clearly at lower volumes! I even tried listening to brilliant, but loud Governor Andrew Cuomo talk about Covid-19, and then wonderful, but soft-spoken Andy Griffith perform as "Matlock." From hard New York accent to sugary, Southern drawl, Cleanse Right worked equally well, which surprised me because Andy Griffith often whispers for dramatic effect. This is definitely a five-star item. My one usage suggestion is to follow the instructions where they mention rinsing your ears gently with an eye dropper of water (I used tap water at a mild temperature), as the product had a very, very slight stinging effect while it worked in my ears, which was far less than a one on a scale of 1-10., and went away after the rinsing. Overall, Cleanse Right definitely worked the way I wanted it to. Give it a try, and enjoy TV more during this time of serious and necessary staying at home!

I had high hopes from this product because of the reviews and I used it as instructed on the packaging. But my ear started hurting after I put drops into my ear and it continued hurting even after I drained It out.The drained liquid had no traces of any mucus as if it did not work.My ear still feels clogged . This one did not helped me instead gave me ear pain.

I have always had a ton of earwax build up. Sometimes it gets impacted and have to go to the doctor to (painfully) get it removed. So I bought a camera scope to clean it out myself at home. Found a huge piece of earwax about a week ago and tried to remove it. I ended up pushing it further into my ear and had partial hearing loss in my ear so I went to urgent care. They couldn’t flush it out so they said I’d need to go to an ent to get it removed. In the meantime, I ordered this product. I started the drops on Saturday night (along with flushing my ear out with water with a syringe) and by Sunday, half of the wax was gone. By Tuesday morning, my hearing came back. Tuesday night, the wax was gone!! Such a relief. Photos are gross but proof that with the water treatment, it removed the impacted wax!!

Unfortunately, it didn’t help me. When I dropped these drops in, it really tickles, there was no fizzling sounds at all. My left ear still feels clogged. Will have to go see the doctor but I doubt I could during this COVID-19 outbreak.
