Perfect replacement
Fried the inverter in my trailer and had a broken door. This unit was cheaper than buying both parts. When it arrived it was easy to replace the entire front panel to fix my broken door. Clear instructions and some basic common sense made the replacement of the inverter super simple and fast. Could be significantly more time and headache involved in replacing the entire unit if you had to completely re-wire.Everything fit and functioned great right out of the box!

High quality, easy installation, great value!
I installed this in my 2015 Peterbilt 389 for generator power distribution. Essentially, this unit paired with an Espar bunk heater, a rooftop A/C unit and a 30 Amp service generator provide all of the services of an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU such as a Thermoking Tripak) at a fraction of the cost. Also, since I'm using 120 volt AC from the generator through the distribution panel, I don't have an inverter destroying a bank of batteries every 12 months or so.I have been using this init for 3 months and it has performed flawlessly. I highly recommend this product.

Great power center and converter.
The unit was very easy to install and fit perfectly in the old one's spot. I labeled the wires before pulling them out and that made it so much easier to reinstall them in the new device. The new power converter had one less wire than the old one but I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly. I tested the converter output as it says in the instructions and it worked great. The only problem I had is that the little leds that indicate a problem with a fuse stopped working on one of the circuits. I pulled the fuze out and the led turned red but after a day or two the led didn't light up anymore. I am not sure if this is by design or not. In either case it is a moot point as I don't really care about this feature. I would recommend this product.

Document the old unit wiring thoroughly before install
The packaging arrived torn and smashed but the product was fine. Take time to document the wiring and locations before removing the old unit. You will need to reuse the circuit breakers and fuses from the old unit. It would be a good idea to check each for continuity before reinstalling. Took a couple hours to install. New unit worked perfectly. The unit is an OEM of the one I had in the camper. The original unit was only 2 years old.

Great Replacement For Obsolete Magnetek 6345
This unit made a nice replacement for my Magnetek 6345, it fit nicely in the same opening and even the mounting hoes lined up. I labeled the AC hot lines and followed the map on the old unit for the 12v lines. A little care in swapping over the breakers and fuses, running all the wiring, and I had it up and running in less than an hour and a half. I replaced the entire power center because it was a savings over the 8955REP converter replacement unit. It wasn't a tough job but I wouldn't recommend it for a novice. The 8955REP is a simpler install that reuses the original distribution panel.

I didn't realise how bad ours was...
This replaced our stock 1989 Winnebago power converter. I was amazed at how much stronger the fans, water pump and all worked! I have not yet checked the amperage draw but I can take it to the bank that it's much less than the factory model. That it can sense the battery and the fact that it's also connected inline with our solar controller... I'm amazed.... Very happy! Perfect fit in the factory hole as well!

Installed in less than 15 minutes
Over the last year we noticed power issues in our camper. After a few YouTube videos we realized we needed a new unit. My husband had the old one out and new one in in less than 15 minutes and now the camper works like a charm.

Great upgrade for a vintage RV
This unit was installed in a vintage 1984 Winnebago motorhome. Fit the same hole as the OEM unit and even all the bolt holes lined up. Took about 2 hours to completely install and was relatively straight forward. Unit works great and now charges the coach batteries as it should.Only downside was having to get all new breakers as they were different than the OEM unit. On the plus side it takes standard SquareD style breaker available at most any hardware or home improvement center.
