I didn't notice a significant difference when I started taking it but I stop taking for a couple of weeks and noticed that some days I get bloated when eating after excercise and it seems that it takes a bit longer for me to recover. It is not a huge difference without it but it definitely helps, especially in those cases when you need to do some endurance workout or be ready for the next day.

One of the best quality L-Glutamine supplement. With the serving size package and price point, this will be a great addition to your fitness training as i's core benefit is to help with recovery. To maximize it, take it after workout along with your post-workout protein shake. Depending on your budget, you could also add a serving in before bed.

I take this with my prework out so I cannot attest for the taste or performance. I'm someone that like to see scientific results and there isn't too much backing this stuff up but psychologically it may work. I started taking this about 4 months in to my working out regime. I did notice less soreness but could just be my workout regime has not been intense enough. Overall I would recommend it as an affordable supplement.

Purchased multiple times. Great addition to your fitness routine. Easy way to add extra protein.
