AmazonBasics Thick Dumbbell and Barbell Grips

The grips have been a fantastic addition to my equipment list.Having used them for over 6 months now, I can vouch for their durability. These grips are still holding up well and haven't worn off significantly.They help with forearm hypertrophy as well as grip strength gains.It might take a bit to get used to it, but in the end, it is worth the extra forearm hypertrophy.Even for being Off-Brand Fat-Gripz they do their job well and aren't significantly worse.If you're looking for Fat Gripz these are definitely worth considering.100% Recommended.

Silicone rubber material is very sturdy and soft and retains its shape. It have some weight and thus built quality is superb. It have a textured friction based surface on outside and inner part is smooth. One major con is since the inner diameter is just 1 inch it leaves a big cut gap after placing it in dumbell. Thus it becomes uncomfortable to hold the dumbells as surface area for holding becomes too large. This is especially a concern when handling heavy dumbells as it can slip if not properly hold. If the inner diameter is like 1.5 inch or 2 inch then no such gap would have formed after inserting in on the dumbell. Its only useful if dumbell rod is of small diameter like 1 inch and also the gap between the dumbell circular parts must be large enough like 5 inch otherwise it won't fit. If it not have 5 inch then choose small version. But in all the types small, medium and large inner diameter is around 1 inch only and big gap issue always exists.

IM SURPRISED AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT ..I NEVER KNEW THAT AMAZON BEING SUCH A INTERNATION BRAND PRODUCES/PROMOTES SUCH LESS QUALITY PRODUCTS UNDER ITS BRAND NAME..PROS: I DIDNT SEE ANY TILL USAGE OF TWO DAYSCONS: LESS WIDTH ..CANNOT COMPLETELY CLOSE THE GRIP..EVEN THIN DUMBELL ROD IS NOT COMLETELY COVERED..ITEM IS SLIPPERYINNER GRIP IS VERY WEAK..THE GRIP KEEPS ROTATING ON ROD..WITH THIS PRICE AMAZON SHOULD HAVE PRODUCED A BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT..IAM TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED..HOPE AMAZON GIVES ME A SOLUTION..NOT SURE WHETER AMAZON WILL POST THIS REVIEW..

It's too thick... Holding will be little difficult.Not worth for Price..

One of the best fat grip i had, using from last 10months, it helped me to increase my grip level & got amazing muscle development, a good investment for those who want to build serious muscle (not for newbies)
