Q: Does this come with warranty? Because on your website it says a year.

Hi, Thank you for your message. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All products are thoroughly inspected and tested before dispatch. Please make sure the returned item must be in original shape/packing and working order. All the products come with a full one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or other external causes. Buyers will pay for the postage on the returned item(s), and we will pay for all resend postage costs. Hi, Thank you for your message and here is the detail. Warning • Discontinue use if you encounter any discomfort or skin redness that lasts for more than two hours. You may have sensitivity to light or another condition. Consult your health care provider. • Never operate this device it has damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or submerged in water. Return the device to Project E Beauty for examination and repair. • Do not set or keep the device where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Keep away from water (including bath and shower). If the device accidentally falls in water unplug immediately. • Keep away from flammable aerosol products. • Do not use other AC Power Supplies or Chargers with your LED mask. • Turn off immediately, if the mask begins to overheat. Q: Can you use it two days in a row?

Hi Donna, Thank you for your message. The recommended duration for performing the treatment is 10-15 minutes each and 3-4 treatments a week. Q: Does it work around the outside corners of the eyes and temples? I don’t see any lights in those areas.
