Misleading and Very Disappointed.
I ordered these thinking there were 16 tattoos (as stated). Got them in the mail and there are only 8 perforated sections. Small print indicates you can cut some of them apart with scissors to make 16 tattoos. I ordered two sets of these to go in my daughter's favor bags for her birthday party, and ended up with 16 tattoos instead of the 32 I was expecting. Very disappointed, as there are not enough to go in each child's goody bag. The 16 ct. as advertised should clearly be changed to 8 ct.

great for kids
Had a birthday party and put them in the kids little treat bags and they loved them. They looked really good on the kids, colors were bright and easy to use.

There’s only 8!
The description says there’s 16 tattoos but there’s only 8 in the package. Bummer as we couldn’t use hem for the birthday party because there weren’t enough :(
