Drip Depot Irritec Perma-Loc Tubing Coupling - Size : 1/2"- 25 Pack

This coupling made a repair job super easy. I had two puncture areas on an odd brand and size of irrigation tubing. Local irrigation supply houses identified it incorrectly and the big box stores had nothing that would work. Luckily I found videos on the Drip Depot website that explained the numerous tubing sizes and couplers available to make repairs. This coupling can accommodate the largest range of sizes and the tubing brands can be different if they are within the specified diameters.For this repair I just cut out about 2" of the damaged tubing and connected it with the coupling. Very easy to install and worked great. This will be my "go to" coupling brand in the future.

I had a break in my half-inch irrigation hose. I was trying to figure out how to fix it when I found these. What a great simple little device. Easy to use and effective.

First let me say how much I HATE fixing drip lines. The stupid push on couplers you can buy Lowes/HomeDepot are a pain in the rear. They never fit and always tear up your hands after 15 minutes of trying to push the damn drip line into the hole.PROBLEM SOLVED - Drip Depot Pera Loc is the ONLY thing I will use from now on. Aside from digging the hole it literally takes 30 seconds to install these and NO LEAKS after - none! These are perfect. I only wish I had fond these 15 years ago!Try them - you'll thank me later!

I have the same issue others have reported they do not fit my tubing even though my tubing says it is 1/2" and seems to be the commonest tubing sold. I use the links where the tube is inserted and they work fine except it is difficult to recycle them since getting the tube out is takes effort but is not impossible. These couplings are sold in two sizes and I always get the smaller one. Way back I did use coupling that the tube was squeezed over a ribbed section and they proved problematic since they would become uncoupled in warm weather. I expect these will work fine if they fit your tubing.

I have a big puppy that loves all things water. When a feeder hose came loose on my drip line he tore through the line like it was his enemy. These were the second choice as the rain bird was SOOOO hard to put on without leaks. These mated thin wall to the thicker rain bird line with relative ease. I did have to heat the thicker line with my wife’s hair drier and give it some muscle. I was surprised how much easier they were to use, but the proof was in wether it would leak or not. It was water tight the first time. What a great product. Thin wall is super easy and thick wall was doable without all the frustration.

This is an excellent product! Worked very well. I was surprised when i used it as I've only ever ordered directly from drip depot! Very easy to install as long as you use it for the right type of irrigation tubing.. Overall the product was exactly what its suppose to be and did what It was supposed to do!

I wanted to extend one of my irrigation line to connect more water for garden and I got these lock connection and it work so good if I had to use these again for any extension I would buy it again and good quality not cheap

Always have had problems with the push together couplings for 1/2" poly drip irrigation pipe...hard to do to get the compression fitting to mate properly and securely. Sometimes need to warm the pipe in hot water to make it more flexible, etc. This works like a charm, and unlike compression fittings which are very difficult if not impossible to take apart without damage and re-use, these easily come apart and can be reused in another new pipe connections. Excellent product!
