Q: How do i adjust the tables legs?

There are knobs that you pull out which pull pins out (similar to a lot of weight lifting equipment in gyms)- then, if your desk arrived as bent-up as mine did - you proceed to donkey-kick the hell out of the legs while the desk is on it's side to get them to slide down to the next pin slot. It was certainly not easy for me.

Q: Is there rgb lighting?

There is not. No RGB lighting on this model at least - only the $1K model. - (Though I've read you need to have it attached to a computer to run it. The lighting control/drivers aren't self-contained with the $1K desk).

Q: Is this desk tall enough for 6'0?

That is something determined by you, but most people who are tall like it.

Q: Is there enough space for monitor arm stand to be placed in the back?

There’s a ton of space. I have a 35 ultra wide and 2 24 inch curved on monitor arms on the sides. I have the desk up against the wall so I don’t have a monitor arm there but if you’re not setting it up so there’s no space in back, an arm would fit more than fine.
