This is identical to the material that my podiatrist provided to help with healing of a broken foot. I just cut a small piece to the needed shape, peel off the backing, and stick it on the bottom of my foot. It provides support to good areas and relieves pressure on the broken bone. It adheres well so it doesn’t move around as I walk. It is removable and can be re-applied, however, I prefer to use only two or three times and then cut out a new pad since I have so much material at such a low price.I did use one applied to my shoe for several months but it is difficult to place for perfect comfort and will eventually compress. It’s just more comfortable on the foot.I’ll reorder another roll when this one runs out in a few months.

A podiatrist recommended I get this to cushion my heel because of some Achilles tendonitis. This is advertised as "customizable adhesive". There is no adhesive, or I got a faulty batch. It is lined with paper on one side with no peel back adhesive. In addition, to not being what it is supposed to be, it is NOT RETURNABLE. I would stay away from this product and this vendor.

I used buy it again on Amazon and it is not the same product at all and they won't let me return it. This one is so soft it's useless. I would give a great review of the previous product I bought, so buy it again is clearly flawed.

I use this to build up the arches in my shoes to stop the pain and it does work but the stickiness wears off to quick for my liking

A little difficult to get the backing off. But it sticks well. Other than that just as advertised.

This product is awesome to relieve pressure form sores. The podiatrist used this, his creation was lost, I found this on Amazon and made one. It is the same stuff the Doctor used and work great.

Just what the Dr ordered. Using the roll to save $ and gives me the flexibility to cut the shape to fit my wiund.

I buy this type of item frequently and I feel that this brand is the worse product I have ever purchased. Feel like I was taken advantage of. I could tell when I looked at it that it was garbage and when I tried to return it, in less then 24 hours, it says it cannot be returned. This is a medical item for my husbands foot and it is important that I get what I expected. late to return it. So don’t waste your money. It may be a deal but not if it is poor quality. Every time I get something poor quality like this,, it says cannot be returned. Get rid of this item. junk, junk, junk.
